This small northwestern European country has a plethora of natural beauties to offer. Our hike will include a visit to two of the country’s famous National Parks. While deeply immersed in nature, these vast lands will give you the chance to see the picturesque surroundings. Draw your inspirations from them as you sketch your arts with the help of a renowned Dutch artist. You will get to enhance your artistic skills through the insights and techniques shared. Our tour will also include Rembrandt’s home visit, where you’ll join the etching class and use the Rembrandt mastery techniques to create your prints.
The tour will get even more interesting as we visit the International Court of Justice and the Dutch parliament’s sitting ground, The Hague. In this beautiful city, we will visit the Art Museum and the Panorama Medag, famous for a panorama painting featuring a vista of the dunes, North Sea, Scheveningen, and The Hague.
Our next escapade will take us to Rotterdam Harbour using a waterbus as we cruise towards Kinderdijk. On arrival, we will witness the spectacular mills, which is a standing proof of how far the human imagination can go. We will get to see the mills’ operation techniques and explore nature around this region. The magnificence in this place is the sole reason Kinderdijk was given a UNESCO World Heritage recognition.
During our explorations, we will have some room for itinerary adjustments depending on your line of interests. For instance, if you’re an architecture enthusiast, we can have an architectural tour guided by a local professional in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, or The Hague.

Day 1 – Arrival in Amsterdam
We will pick you from Amsterdam airport and bring you to your hotel. Later on, we will acquaint ourselves with tour members and gather for a delicious dinner.
Day 2 – Bloemendaal Hike
A quick hike is scheduled for this morning on a walking trail cruising through the Bloemendaal dunes in Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, and head towards the North Sea beach. Our walk will then be followed by a delightful dinner back in the hotel.
Day 3 – Amsterdam Guided Tour
You will be stunned by the magnificence of Amsterdam metropolitan. The capital of The Netherlands is colloquially referred to as the Venice of the North, attributed by the large number of canals that are connected to the Amstel river which ends in the center of the city.
We will visit Rembrandt van Rijn’s home, Dutch’s greatest paint maker and painter, where you will partake in an etching class.
Day 4 – Amsterdam Forest Hike
Hike lovers, get set! We will go on a hiking trail along Amsterdam Forest and explore the scenic views in the region. Our driving escapade will next take us to Veluwe, where we will enjoy the spectacular sceneries created by the sand drifts, forests, and heathlands present in the region.
On daybreak, after a long expedition, we will settle for group dinner then spend the night at Veluwe.
Day 5 – Art Splendor at National Park De Hoge Veluwe
If you have been looking forward to showcasing your artistic expertise, this will be your day! We will be part of a drawing session where our imaginations will get hold of us as we draw in the guidance of a professional artist in De Hoge Veluwe National Park.
The Kröller-Müller Museum visit will follow the drawing session. The museum is prominent for hosting powerful and passionate Van Gogh artwork collections. We will then relax, enjoy dinner, and spend the night in Veluwe.
Day 6 – The Hague Visit
Check out the awe-inspiring beauty of The Hague. We will visit the spectacular Art Museum and Panorama Mesdag, enjoy a satisfying dinner and spend the night in The Hague.
Day 7 – Kinderdijk Windmills Tour
The Rotterdam Harbour lies to the Trans-Siberian Railway’s western end. Here, we will board the waterbus and cruise to Kinderdijk, where the magnificent windmills will welcome us. Afterward, we will be set to enjoy a hike along the lowlands walking trail. We will mark our daybreak with a group dinner, then spend the night in the Hague.
Day 8 – Return Trip
This day marks the end of our eight days Nature & Art tour of the Netherlands. We will provide you with a private transfer to the airport. Alternatively, you can take part in the tour extension into Germany or Italy.
